"It is not possible that" is an example of hedging?
Very good video! It has helped me a lot to understand this topic of hedging that I am currently studying in the ICPNA Advanced 11 course. Now, I finally understand that "hedging" is about using the correct word to demonstrate our assumptions or opinions on a topic in which we are not 100% sure, that is, to express uncertainty or a claim towards something. And for this, in this video they taught me some expressions like "probably", while in my ICPNA class they taught me others like "certainly, usually, often" and others like "Appears to be, believe, maybe". Now I can understand this topic better and put it into practice in my writings and in my daily life. Again, I greatly appreciate the information provided.
